In Response to COVID-19, An Update on MPI Business Operations

Medical Packaging Inc. (MPI) thanks every member of the healthcare community worldwide on the frontlines battling the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are grateful for the sacrifices you are making and your commitment to patient care in response to these unprecedented circumstances.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and the community continue to be of the greatest importance to MPI during this global crisis.  We want to keep you updated on all provisional modifications to our current business operations.

As we continue to follow World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and public health agency guidelines, MPI is extending our travel ban through May 1, 2020. We will assess matters as we approach May and will update you if a further extension is necessary.  We will reschedule onsite visits as soon as restrictions are lifted.

During this strenuous time when hospitals are overwhelmed with sick patients, one of our top priorities is providing the highest levels of responsiveness, courteousness, and knowledgeable assistance to all our customers. Please remember the Customer Assurance team has temporarily extended our technical support hours and offering phone, email, and remote support between 8 AM and 8 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
